On a recent windy day, a heavy Wal-Mart shopping cart crashed into the door of my new Honda CRV, leaving a large vertical crease in the door with a separate circular dent just a few inches below. I couldn�t believe all the damage the basket had done and it was sickening to say the least! I thought perhaps the dent could be smoothed out, but I had little hope for the vertical indentation since it crossed right through the bodyline�s decorative horizontal outward crease.

I called G & G Collision but was met with a lot of double talk about whether they could repair the damage, and the assurance that despite it involving no paint damage, the door nevertheless would need to be re-painted as the paint undoubtedly would crack when they popped the metal back into place. Not liking that answer, I next called Honda, who was as equally unhelpful.

So I then called a company I saw listed in the Yellow Pages, which was �Dent Works of Austin�. I talked to Trey Pool, who was extremely nice, and he was confident that the situation could be improved - if not completely corrected � and without the need for a re-paint job. So I drove over to Trey�s shop and within a couple of hours he was finished.

I was completely shocked when I inspected the repair -- there was absolutely NO trace of the dent or the vertical crease. In fact, Trey had to show me where the damage had been since the door looked completely PERFECT!

I was thrilled to say the least and can tell that Trey is a true master craftsman in these types of repairs. His work is absolutely genius! He is obviously painstakingly thorough as he got out every little indentation, yet it didn�t take him long to do the job despite the considerable extent and location of the damage. Also his fee was very reasonable and fair. But besides that, Trey is a super nice fellow to deal with and he understands how important it is to his customers to have their cars restored to their original condition (especially those new cars with their inevitable �First Ding�!).

So I highly recommend Trey Pool and Dent Works of Austin, and I�m very pleased to know that exceptional craftsmen such as Trey still do exist -- he truly is an artist in his field.

My entire car was covered with hail damage. All dents were repaired using the paintless dent repair method. Some parts of car trim were replaced as needed.

My one-year-old Nissan Sentra now looks great, like the hail storm never happened. I was worried because the damage was so extensive, but as of today I have not seen any of the dents that were there before. It's really amazing what these paintless dent repair guys can do! There is no sign of the dents, the paint is still beautiful, and the surfaces are so smooth and glossy again! I am someone who would have liked a call on the third or fourth day they had the car, even if all was going well, just to have an update without having to feel like a pest, but when I called they were very attentive and told me exactly what was going on.

I really appreciate the quality work that was done, and the responsiveness of Dentworks. I did not have to spend one second of my precious time on hold on the phone, and I did not have a lengthy wait in their waiting room (I noticed that they do have good cable there for people to watch if necessary, but I never saw anyone sitting there waiting). Best of all, my pretty new car looks like its old self again.

I got caught in the recent hailstorm with golf-ball to baseball sized hail in the Four Points area. My three kids strapped in the back of my BMW X5 in line at McD's--sounding like the world was going to end. Got to my insurance estimator ahead of the rush and was ticked when they wrote the original estimate for over $4K in PDR (paintless dent repair). I figured this would require paint and metal bodywork.

From beginning to end, scheduling to sign-off, this was a stellar customer experience. I simply could not believe they could return my low-mileage, excellent condition car to it's original condition. There were craters in my roof and hood after the storm, and they absolutely were gone. Not a single body panel had escaped damage, and every bit of it was gone, with my beautiful factory original paint job in tact. Everyone at DentWorks was a pleasure to deal with. They worked proactively with my insurance company to make adjustments to the original estimate so everything was handled in a way that was transparent to me, and all the Austin body shops and insurance agents were slammed (my State Farm rep told me they had 8000 hail claims from the March 09 storm). Owner Trey told me that two of his top technicians have decades of experience in doing this work and it showed. I'm still blown away by their work, and will no longer view PDR as somehow inferior to traditional body shops. When done right, it's a far better solution. I have no hesitation to recommend DentWorks to my friends and family. I am one happy camper!

Dentworks repaired hail damaged sustained after a recent storm in Austin. I had 'pings' on the hood, roof and trunk - several were very large and deep. Dentworks repaired all of the dents and lived up to their promise that the car would look brand new again (the car is only 6 months old). Brian walked me through the estimate, the repair process and personally fixed my car. I dropped off the car at the end of the day on Monday and it was completed before lunch on Tuesday. It looks terrific, they did an amazing job.

Overall, I can not be more pleased with the work. Dentworks exceeded my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had multiple large dents repaired on my wife's Nissan Armada. I had one very large door ding, but also multiple dents from a recent incursion with a deer. I had used Dentworks before with my Lexus, so they were my first choice. I called on a Tuesday and was able to get in on Saturday morning.

My Nissan Armada was completed in about 3 hours. The work completed was excellent. I realize that I am difficult to please when it comes to my vehicles. Dentworks did an excellent job. Trey Pool spent extra time with my wife and I going over the work that was completed. He made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The work was very affordable when you consider auto body type work. I highly recommend Dentworks of Austin.

Trey, I am writing to let you know how extremely pleased I am at the dent and ding removal work you completed on my twelve year old BMW.

In one day you removed 12 years of dings -- probably close to fifty in all -- and left the car with a mirror-like finish, restoring all original lines and contours. I've seen dozens of other cars where other companies attempted repairs on much younger cars with far fewer dents and dings and none of them compare to the work you performed on my car. And the work was that much more difficult because my car is black, which shows the slightest imperfection.
